She co-chairs a session on technology commercialization at the prestigious IEEE Aerospace Conference and is the Los Angeles Chapter Co-Chair of the Licensing Executives Society.

Andrea has previously served as a lecturer at the California Institute of Technology and speaks frequently on innovation, job growth, and supporting corporate and independent entrepreneurs. In her book, The McGraw-Hill 36-Hour Course: Product Development (McGraw-Hill, 2010), Andrea shares her disciplined approach to strategy and operations, synthesizing case studies from global leaders with her own deep experience.
Andrea serves on the board of Weizmann Day School and is active in leadership with the Boy Scouts of America. She holds a B.S. in physics from the University of Maryland at College Park, a Ph.D. in physics from Caltech, and an M.B.A. in finance from the Pepperdine University Gradiazio School of Business.
